We ordered truffle pasta & classic meatball pasta. I really liked the truffle pasta but wasn't able to try the latter. Nachos was good too but nacho chips weren't that crispy. I also like the small portions of chicharon bulaklak as it's very crispy and easy to eat. Sangria taste good too. And kudos to the servers Jahna & Joel. They were both very accommodating. Truffle pizza is the best for me but didn't like the Prosciutto. Although my companions did like it. It's really a flavor that I'm not very fond of, maybe that's why. But all in all, good experience. Quite hard to get a parking though bc of the narrow street. Ambience is nice as well.

Our experience overall was a mix of good and bad. RESERVING in advance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We waited for over an hour to be seated (the chairs were not comfy btw), whereas people who reserved were already seated immediately. The food overall was good, although there are certain aspects that need improvement. I appreciate the dried chili served separately for the Thai salad. However, the Tartufo paella was very dry. It is significantly more delicious when served hot, compared to when it's already cool on the plate, so make sure to eat it as quickly as possible. Speaking of the dryness, they do not serve cold water, only bottled water for a price. Their butterbeer was too sweet for me, but it worked well with the rich flavor of the dishes. The soup and pasta were very flavorful, and the salmon wellington has great presentation matching the quality of its taste. Service needs improvement! It started with the difficulty to find parking. We ended up going around 3 times before we found parking elsewhere. We wish we were guided better at least. While waiting, one of the servers told us we were next, but let 2 or 3 other groups in. Apparently there was confusion. During our meal, sometimes we would ask a question, and the server would answer it but would immediately disappear before we get to order the food related to our inquiry. They are helpful with taking pictures, and they attend faster when it came to payment. When we left, it didn't feel as welcoming as other restaurants (i.e. lack of thanks for coming, or something). From start to end, it's like they didn't really want us. We were casual walk-ins anyway, but we still wish service was better overall. The ambience is soothing at first. At a certain time, the lights would go out, the candles would light up, and the DJ would start playing music. Several tita from other tables started vibing and dancing, so the mood was great! Overall, even though the food and ambience were decent, it could make itself better with its service.

Was really disappointed with the experience. First dishes were served cold and there’s no service water (they didn’t even bother asking if we want any drinks). The music was too loud and tacky (not really sure what the music is for when you’re there to enjoy dinner and talk) -- people are basically shouting just to hear each other. Poor customer service. Too bad because I was expecting a lot from different reviews, maybe lunches are better here.

Went here for despedida lunch. Reserving a table was necessary, but when we arrived there, there’s plenty of empty tables available. The empty tables have “reserved” label on it even when the reservation is not until 5hours later. We were seated in a small table, and no one was offering to move us to a bigger table that can actually accommodate all seven of us. We had to request for it and wait few more minutes to be seated even though the table was clearly not prepped at all. I mean why ask us to wait? For the food, nothing special really. I can’t even believe that I paid 5k for all of it. Doesn’t seem worth the price. Food was okay, especially the pasta. It wasn’t good. The dish with mashed potatoes were also okay, but nothing really stands out about it. Paella looked appetizing but really the seafood were just toppings. Its flavor didn’t even made it to the rice. Lastly, the crispy pata, which arrived when everyone was done and has finished their food. Overall, we didn’t enjoy the food but we still enjoyed the company of friends. One of my friend even played the piano, just for fun. Also, it is true! They don’t serve table water and bottled water is expensive at Php 70. Imagine that.

Spanish cuisine is served here. A good place for dates or dinners. They have designated parkings too.

We ordered a lot of food here starting with the bone marrow sisig and the chicken skin. The sisig was suitably deadly and even my kid stopped eating it because of how oily it was. The chicken skin was crunchy and best dipped in the accompanying vinegar. I asked the waiter for what their best seller was and he suggested the coconut crusted salmon with mushroom risotto. I couldn’t understand the flavor of the salmon and the risotto was not giving me any mushroom flavor despite the pieces of mushroom in it. It was very disappointing. My daughter had the meatball pasta and did not finish it because she did not like it. I tried it and was repelled by the sweet tasting sauce. Hubby however liked the ceviche and pulpo Pinxtos plus the pancit palabok. My son loved the crispy pata and milk tea. The gambas was also good. For dessert we had the bibingka with caramel sauce which was ok. Their coffee however was surprisingly good. Hubby had the strong roast while I had the medium roast. One thing I need to mention is that there’s barely any parking. It’s an old house on a narrow street. The house will allow 3 cars and then you need to try your luck parking on the street.

Celebrated my mom’s birthday here in Delgado. Was really excited to try it because of good reviews on Tiktok. However, I don’t feel the same bout the resto. First, because no service water is available. You have to buy a bottled water for a hefty price of P65. Second, after we ordered, we went outside for a quick photo ops with the fam on the patio of Delgado since it was my mom’s birthday. It was not even 5minutes. When we went back to our table, the sisig was already served. Hence, we missed the chance to take a video of it which is part of the Delgado dining experience since it is one of their bestsellers. But the waiter was kind enough to replace it, when I expressed my disappointment. Food review: Thai beef salad - beef was really tender!it's more on noodles than salad. 3/5 Delgado half baked chicken - dry ang chicken but i rly loved the mashed potato! 4/5 Paella - hmm ok lang but I loved Azadore's paella better: ( 3/5 Creamy bone marrow sisig - malansa for me : (2/5 but my husband and dad loved it!! Marinated pork belly - minatamis na adobo ang lasa. pork is super tender! 4/5 frozen brazo de mercedes 5/5 rly loved this one The cake was supposed to be a complimentary for birthday celebrant but I was charged for it. Good thing they messaged me on Facebook to refund the amount I paid for the cake. Overall, food is ok, but no oomph factor. Service can be improved. The ambiance and vibes of the resto however, is 10/10. Again, taste is relative. You might enjoy here so give it a try.

Went on a Thursday lunch. Space is an old house converted to a restaurant bar, gives a very homey feel with the use of dark wood finishes and color palette. Looking at the reservation list as we entered the restaurant for that day, lunch are mostly walk-ins with just 2 reservations, but the evening list is long. We ordered Salmon Wellington - very delicious, flaky crust, tender and moist salmon, Exceptional! Also ordered the Tartufo Paella topped with Melted Burrata (for two persons) - very savory, leaving it on the hot pan for a while will toast the rice (socarrat), adds a smokey and crispy texture to the paella. And last but not the least the free popcorn appetizer! We couldn't make out the flavor if it was sour cream or white cheddar (we didnt ask, but asked for a refill). No service water. Bottled watter only.
